A young penguin with Ice-powers (Pe-wee) who's being sent to jail (on a minor crime) ends up being captured by a Robotic crime-boss Pumpkin, who plans to use his powers for evil. Meanwhile, Penguinman searches for the location of the crime-boss to capture him.
